CareRestores Foundation supports children with disabilities, children facing behavioral or emotional challenges, and children growing up with limited resources, because every child deserves the opportunity to learn, belong, and thrive.
Founded by a PhD-level special education professional with over 20 years of classroom and leadership experience, CareRestores provides academic support, emotional support, leadership development, mentoring, and access to essential resources for children who need them most.
We're building toward a larger vision: an inclusive early learning, childcare, and after-school center, where children with and without disabilities learn and grow side by side.

CareRestores Foundation: Inclusive Childcare & Family Support is Founded by a PhD-level special education professional with over 20 years as a licensed K–12 teacher and Special Education Program Director. Our programs are shaped by direct classroom experience, not designed from the outside looking in.

We offer personalized consultation services to support families navigating the special education system, including guidance on IEPs, 504 plans, transition planning, access to support groups, and at-home support
We partner with schools seeking program evaluation, compliance support, or research partnerships.

CareRestores Foundation is organized around five program pillars.
Pillar 1: Inclusive Education & Special Education Support
Academic intervention, special education support, individualized learning support, disability resource navigation, and educational advocacy for children with intellectual, developmental, and behavioral needs.
Pillar 2: Youth Academic & Leadership Development
Tutoring, mentoring, academic enrichment, leadership development, life skills training, and goal setting to help young people build confidence and prepare for their futures.
Pillar 3: Youth Wellness & Family Support
Social emotional and behavioral support, hygiene education and product distribution, and family resource navigation to strengthen children and the households around them.
Pillar 4: Inclusive Early Learning & After School Center
Our flagship future initiative. A planned center offering inclusive early learning and childcare, before and after school programming, tutoring and enrichment, and coordinated family support, all designed for children of every ability to learn and grow together.
Pillar 5: Applied Research & Program Evaluation
We partner with schools and institutions to provide program reviews and evaluation, educational consulting, and applied research on inclusive practices, helping organizations strengthen the effectiveness of their own programs while advancing what is known about inclusive education more broadly.
